* Orders are NOT refundable. Once you place the order you cannot cancel it.
* You cannot change the color or design of a product after the order is placed. You will get the exact item you ordered.
* Please make sure you enter the address correctly. Steno Swag is not responsible for orders getting lost due to an incorrect address. The address cannot be changed once you place the order.
