    Return policy and shipping info

    Steno Swag has a no returns/refund policy. If an item arrives broken or poor print quality please contact me at jillsmorrill@yahoo.com for a replacement item.

    Packaging takes 3-5 days and all items are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the item is ready to ship.

    Please understand that many of these items come from different vendors. If you order more than one item they may arrive in separate shipments. This is not a mistake on my part.

    Once you place an order you cannot change the design of the item. You will receive the exact item you purchased.

    Once you place an order you cannot change the address or cancel the order. Please make sure you enter the correct address.
